Brian Summerfield is a leader and follower, student and teacher, reader and writer. An engineer by trade, manufacturing leader by choice, and hardened lean practitioner by habit, he has over 25 years of experience across a variety of industries and companies from Fortune 500 firms to leading private organizations as well as SME businesses. Starting out on the shop floor in a foundry followed by machining, and progressing through the production ranks into executive leadership roles, his training, experience, and practical application has made him a specialist in several tools while also honing his ability to lead the often most challenging cultural transformations through practical lean and change leadership. His ability to simplify strategies and tools and their practical, no nonsense application has proven effective from plant floors to offices to boardrooms around the world. His passion for manufacturing drives his purpose and his desire to make an impact through change.

Michael J. Skoczen
Senior Consultant
Mike Skoczen is a project management subject matter expert and has been managing projects, strategic programs, PMOs and mentoring other Project Managers for nearly 30 years. His vast experience includes managing operations, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, New Product Introduction, due diligence and acquisition integration, system implementation and business process improvement projects. Mike has has spent decades leading, training and mentoring PM teams in a variety of functions and methodologies for a variety of leading companies and with experience in a range of project management methodologies including PMBOK, DMAIC, and Agile, he has the ability to deliver results with organizations and professionals in the space.
